Terms of sale

These terms of sale (the “ToS”) govern the sale of the Passes offered by Koody, published by Virginie MINEL (EI). They supplement our terms of use.

A Pass grants access to all of Koody’s paid content for a fixed period. Three durations are offered:

• 1-month Pass
• 2-month Pass
• 3-month Pass

Each Pass is a one-time purchase: there is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. The Pass expires at the end of the chosen period.

Prices in force are shown in euros on the Pricing page. As a small business under the VAT-exempt scheme, VAT does not apply (art. 293 B of the French tax code): prices are therefore net, with no VAT.

• The order is confirmed when the chosen Pass is paid for.
• Payment is processed securely by our provider Stripe. Koody neither collects nor stores any bank-card data.
• A confirmation is sent to you by email after payment.

The Pass is digital content supplied immediately: full access is activated on your account as soon as payment is confirmed, for the whole duration of the Pass.

Under art. L221-28 of the French consumer code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun, with the consumer’s prior express consent, before the withdrawal period ends.

When purchasing a Pass, you expressly consent to access starting immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon that activation.

Given the immediate supply of the digital content and the waiver of the right of withdrawal, Passes are non-refundable. This clause does not remove the consumer’s statutory rights (in particular the legal guarantee of conformity). These terms of sale are governed by French law. As a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory protective provisions applicable in your country of residence.
