- Your gaze commands the trajectory. Looking far ahead = stable trajectory.
- On a straight road: look far, slightly right. Constant scanning: forward/right/forward/left/forward/mirror.
- Field of vision narrows with speed: 180° at standstill, 30° at 130 km/h.
- In a bend: slow down before, accelerate gently during, never brake in the curve.
- Gaze in a bend: follow the kerb edge like a rail towards the exit of the curve.
- Hands at 9:15 or 10:10. Prepare the higher hand on the side of the bend.
- Drive on the right of your lane. If drifting left, look further ahead and more to the right.
- Acceleration in a curve stabilises the vehicle by countering centrifugal force.
